Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
Exchanges:
We’re happy to accept exchanges! Just follow these simple steps:
1. Contact us within 3 days of receiving your item for exchange instructions and return address.
2. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
3. Return the item within 7 days in its original condition, with tracking and all original packaging included.
Once we receive your return, we’ll gladly process your exchange or issue store credit within 5 business days.
Kindly Understand: If the item or packaging comes back a little beat up, no worries - we’ll still refund you, just minus a small fee to cover the damage. For example, if our custom box or bag is returned damaged, we’d take $3 off your refund to help replace it.
Refunds:
We are unable to offer refunds - At Movari Jewelry, many of our pieces are handcrafted with care and intention, while others are thoughtfully curated from high-quality materials sourced from trusted partners around the world. Due to the nature of our business and the care that goes into each order, we’re unable to offer refunds. We truly appreciate your understanding and support of our small business. That said, if your piece isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer exchanges or store credit to ensure you love what you wear!
Damaged items:
We pack everything with care, but if your item arrives damaged, don’t worry - we’ve got you! Just send us a photo of the damage, and we’ll send you a return label. If we have a replacement, we’ll ship it right out. We don’t offer refunds for items that can be replaced, but if it’s out of stock, you’ll get a full refund. Your happiness means everything to us!

PHOTOS: Gemstone jewelry photos are an example. Natural stones can vary slightly in shape, pattern and color. Your piece will be as close to the photos as possible but mother nature is a one of kind just like you!
